In order to achieve my dreams and goals, I understand it will be a very long, treacherous climb but I’m willing to fight for it. For the longest time, I’ve had my heart set on having a job in the arts. Whether it be teaching dance or taking pictures, I knew I couldn’t do anything else. A lot of pressure comes from being in the arts. I’m told repeatedly that I’ll never be able to make a living out of it but I like to politely disagree with those voices. I plan to make a living out of having my own Interior Design firm. I aspire to be the key to remodeling stores such as, Kroger’s. I currently work in the front office at Kroger’s in Sidney, Ohio. The strain from all of the misplaced equipment we use is a whole other problem on top of the already frequently stressful job. The computers are placed too low to look and type at comfortably, the registers are also too low and aren’t easy to adjust for the taller associates. I plan to help fix this for people that lead irregular hours at a full-time job in customer service. I think it’s important to lead healthy lives in order to be successful in all environments of your life.
