What if you could feed the weak in Mozambique one month, and then mentor an orphan in Honduras the next? Well that is my dream. It’s called The World Race, where a group travels to eleven different countries in eleven months helping with a variety of the world’s needs. This is my absolute biggest dream in the world, traveling from one continent to the next, making the world a better place while it is completely paid for.
It might seem crazy to just pack up and continuously move across the world for an entire year. But what if you did it because you got to do what you loved most. For me, that is helping people. The world can be a dark place with disasters, but the World Race was put on my heart to shed a little light into the world. However, to endure on this adventure, it costs more than an arm and a leg. If I could earn a living doing the World Race, or even just having all my expenses paid for, I would be on the next flight out of the country.
What a blessing it would be to give up my entire first-world life to travel around the country to help others for free! Imagine all of the children’s boo-boos I could nurse back to heath, the therapeutic heart-to-hearts I could have with women who escaped abusive relationships, even helping grow a garden for African tribes so they will have something to eat.
