To be honest there are many things that I dream of doing as a career. For one I would like to start a business. I would also like to help animals. But most of all I want to be a manager of people, a teacher, a listener, a learner, and a mentor. I want to help people achieve things that they thought they couldn’t and I want to add more job possibilities for people in my area and beyond.

“Changing the world” is something I think everyone has been waiting on someone to do for years. I however can name a few of my own “World Changers” that I think have affected people positively and have been role models for me. Steve Jobs. He had help, but I think he taught me a lot about the importance of life and what you give to your work. Warren Buffet. The Serial Entrepreneur. He gives back and I appreciate his enthusiasm to get others to join. Finally, Henry Bloch. His donations and promises to UMKC, where I attend school, make me want to reach farther and be better at business so that eventually I can teach others as well.

Helping others isn’t hard for me. I have worked in the retail business for a few years and most days a smile and careful attention to the customer goes a long way. As the boss however, I want to be the next world changer. I want to help all that I can.
