I would suspect that “doing what you love” is a goal that most people aspire to achieve in life. If I could earn a living doing what I love most, I would help people. One of the reasons that I decided to go to college in my late thirties was to have a career that made a difference in the world. My goal in life is to become a criminal profiler. I want to work in a job that helps others who are in trouble or in danger. My goal is to help get criminals off the streets and help catch more serious offenders, such as serial killers because they need to be behind bars. I originally got the idea of becoming a profiler by watching television shows, such as CSI, Law and Order, and Criminal Minds. I thought that solving crimes was a good way to help people and make a difference in the world. Criminal profiling is a profession that can make a difference in the world because it deals with the inferring of a criminal offender’s characteristics. This can help a profiler to be able to study their patterns, where in turn will help them find the offender.
