Where adventures begin and dreams become reality. I have experienced and witnessed firsthand how a child is affected when he or she is not shown affection and love on a daily basis, how simple conversations and smiles and the touch of another human being may be the setting stones for a child’s speech and behavioral skills. My dream is not to provide safe houses or social work because I trust there are amazing people out there fulfilling those roles, but I wish to create a program where kids or adults of all ages can go camping at my company’s expense, provided a trip leader if they wish. My program would rent out the equipment needed from the little necessities such as backpacks to the tents they will sleep in for a little to no fee at all dependent upon the circumstances. I believe the best way to stock our equipment would simply be by receiving contributions and raising money, I plan to set a budget for each year. We will have bikes that can be borrowed for the day or the weekend. We will provide bigger trips perhaps to the lake during summers for water sports, or ski trips. Sky diving, parasailing, transportation and volleyball for the beach. I believe this kind of bonding experience provides fun and exercise and a sense of community and security. There will no longer be an excuse as to why you cannot play outside today. We all have twenty four hours in each day.
