An idea that most people dream about is being able to make a living doing something that they love and are passionate about. For me, and many other people, being able to earn a living staying home with children and raising a family would be that ideal career.

I have always wanted to be a mother and take care of my own children. Unfortunately, being a stay-at-home parent doesn’t earn you a living, but there are amazing benefits to being able to stay home rather than putting your children in day-care from the time they are born. I have a real passion for being with children, and I know that when the time comes for me to have my own children, everyone will benefit greatly from me, and other mothers and fathers, being able to stay home with them.

You might think, how will this change the world? I am a firm believer that issues in society stem from issues that come up in the home. If mothers and fathers could make a living staying home and taking care of their children, the family unit would be much more tight-knit and there may be a decrease in divorce, broken homes, or abuse in families. Because of stronger relationships in the household, people will have a clearer sense of how to behave in society, as well as how to connect and maintain relationships with people in other aspects of their lives.
