Changing the world has nothing to do with how many people you are able to make decisions for, it is helping people make the best decisions for themselves. If I was able to make a living coaching teen girls softball that would be the most rewarding job I could ask for. During teen years, girls are influenced by every experience they encounter. I want to be there in a positive way for the girls. Teaching them right from wrong, respect, courage, and how to push through tough situations that seem impossible to overcome. After spending my entire life playing softball I strongly believe the sport shapes players for the better.
If I was able to coach all teen girls it would change the world. I would teach to fight for what you want and to seriously think about how to get there. The world would be changed because as the girls grew, going through high school, college, and applying for jobs after graduation, they would understand what it means to work hard. The world would be changings because all girls would find a way to get what they wanted no matter what it took, those same girls could go on to teach others what they had learned from me, and they would all treat each other with respect. Changing the world is hard to do, but if everyone works together the goal is not far from our reach.
