“Survival the state or fact of continuing to live or exist, typically in spite of an accident, ordeal, or difficult circumstances.” defined by Google.com. Many people experience this term in some degree; especially during the current economic crisis.
It’s not enough to move forward and progress out of survival and to begin to really Live on your own. To really make a difference one must create chances or opportunities for others in their communities. This is what I plan to do with my education.
I want to create resources to help the economy grow and flourish, without hurting peoples health with products years afters they have been in the home. “One out of every 33 babies in the United States is born with a birth defect.” [CDCP]. A startling statement and I believe the many different chemicals and pesticides found in food and home contribute to this finding.
I want to use my education to create healthier resource options in the environment. Bio-manufacturing field really hits home for me; personally experience health issues and always hunt for better product choices for my family. The greatest part about this field is it encompasses so many different things from food to bio-fuels and even into the medical field.
Often the pursuit of knowledge may lead you somewhere you never expected, but I know that I could dedicate my life, passion, and knowledge in this field to create safe and healthy options for everyone.
