I’m a current student at Valencia Community College. Currently in my last semester towards my goal of obtaining a degree to attend UCF. It has been a long road, between waiting and hard work. Im planning in graduating August 2016. My short-term career goals consist of successfully enrolling in UCF. I currently have a job as a RN in a Med Surg unit, which opens me to the possibility that when I graduate I will have a job opening there. I think this is a great step for me, since in a Med Surg unit you learn , and gain a lot of experience for future jobs within the nursing field. I have finished my Associates in Science Degree in August 2013. I have 5 more classes I need to complete in order to obtain my AA degree, in order to enroll in UCF for my Bachelors. I planned to work in a Med Surg unit for 2 years maximun, and then apply in a Mother-Baby floor. This will give me more experience . My plan is to work here for 5 years. Being present at the moment when we enter this world had always caught my attention. It will be a privilege to be present at this circumstances of a family’s life. I plane to take this job with great responsibilities. In the 7 years I have mention, I will get donde my Bachelors, and Masters.
