My dream is to major in both Music Education and Deaf Education and help students appreciate both the hearing and deaf cultures. My major dream is to combine both hearing and deaf cultures through music. I am determined to see this happen; this is why I will major in Music Education and Deaf Education. To see the two things that I dream about become a reality, now that is the ultimate dream. I am so eager to get started on something that will leave the world breathless. When I can make my dream a reality, I can say that my purpose in life is fulfilled and can die happy. Until that happens, I choose to do whatever I can to connect the two cultures together. Whether I go to deaf community meetings, recitals, churches with interpreters, etc., I refuse to let excuses get in my way of what this world needs. I believe that this world needs more acceptance towards others, more dream-doers, more love, and more believing in themselves. I know it is possible and like I said before, I refuse to let excuses get in my way of seeing the world be at its’ full potential. So help me make my dream, my reality!
