Being from a family of politicians, it’s been a goal of mine for quite some time to be able to go into the political arena. I never had the intent to do this for the sake of obtaining a position to earn a lot of money, rather, I recognize that right now, our country has a serious demand for moral people to lead; people of integrity to re-blaze the trails of principle-centered leadership so that we can all enjoy the freedoms we were meant to enjoy.

I recognize that this path will be a long one, and very difficult. My plan is to learn of these principles more throughout my education, and then pursue a career in civil law. From there, the only direction to go is to seek greater influence in my city, state, and then eventually country.

This desire for political participation isn’t one I take lightly, nor is it impulsive. My uncle ran for President of the United States in 2008, and again in 2012 after securing the Republican nomination, but was unsuccessful in both instances. I believe that his influence has developed within me a great respect for this country, and I want nothing more than to be able to pay the price of freedom here at home for my family now and in the future.
