If I could choose any career I wanted, I believe it would be an advancement in my career with the company I am already working with. I really do love what I am doing right now, the company I work with is fantastic, so I would love to go further up the ladder with them. I work in the health field as a quality assurance editor for medical transcription. Advancing further with the company to help with product development and product training would be great.
There is one other thing that I would love to do, and that is to work with cancer patients. My father died of renal cell carcinoma in 2007, and when he was diagnosed I did everything I could to help him. I did a lot of research on the treatments available and helped him decide which oncologist would be the best to work with along with finding him a method to get his very expensive chemotherapy medicine for free. I would love to work with cancer patients and their families in a similar manner, showing them options and resources to help them out financially. I believe that this would help change at least a few lives if I can successfully help patients understand what their options are and what resources are out there to help. I may not be able to cure cancer, but if I can help them with their related concerns, then I would make a difference.
