There is no better feeling than seeing a person smile because of your food. If I could do anything in this world for the rest of my life it would be to make that smile come across the face of millions. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, but it really took flight in high school when I was able to run a small bistro within the school. I got to see that smile and hear the people rejoice over the food that my peers and I created on a daily basis. That feeling will never get old to me actually. If I could make people feel that way for the rest of my life I wouldn’t need anything else because knowing that I did something so simple to make someone else feel so much joy would be the sole purpose of why I love my job. Of course there is always hard work where happiness is and I would not stop working until I created what I have wished for my whole life, a way to bring a feeling of comfort and love to someone else. I feel as if the only way to change the world is through a smile. If you can bring a smile to someones face then they will bring that smile to someone else which builds a network of people that are changing someone else’s day. If I could do that than I know I have achieved everything I have worked for.
