Baseball has been a huge part of my life ever since I can remember. The games, practices, everything about it fuels me to be even better than the time before. God has blessed me tremendously with the ability to play the game I love all throughout high school in Texas, and now he is taking me to Portland where I will continue to play baseball. I’m excited to see His plan for me unfold in front of my eyes and the journey He is about to take me on! So to answer the question, if I could earn a living doing what I love most, what would it be? It would be playing the game of baseball at the Major League level. It’s every little league players dream, it’s what I’ve worked for my whole life, and I want to make it my reality. Now, how would me playing Major League baseball change the world? It would change the world by showing people that if you put in the work and set your sights on a specific goal, nothing is too far out of reach. You can obtain anything with the right amount of dedication and faith. More importantly, I believe that me playing Major League baseball would place me on an unbelievable platform to reach out to people and share the good news of Jesus Christ. By me showing people that all things are possible, I would place hope in the eyes of all who are chasing their dreams, and hope is a very powerful thing. One person can change the world with hope. There is more to baseball than just the game itself, it teaches life lessons. If I could earn a living playing baseball, I would share those lessons to the people around me, and that would ripple effect into bigger and better things. That’s how it would change the world.
