To wake up every day and be able to put a smile on someone’s tummy is something I could get used to. Of course I am talking about becoming a chef and making every day a day to look forward to. Not just in the mornings either: brunch, lunch, and dinner. I want somebody that’s feeling down to come in my restaurant and I want to turn their frown upside down. Basically I want my restaurant to change the way people look at life, if there is a place with food this good, then maybe there are other reasons to be happy. Of course if it were easy everybody would do it, but then again I’m not everyone. I plan on going to school for a degree in Business Management, and after completing my education, I would move back to Texas and take culinary classes at the Art Institutes. Of course after that comes the good eatin’ and good times. I know that I will not get my restaurant immediately, but I will refuse to be deterred. Hopefully I will be able to find a job cooking, and fine tuning my skills, and one day open the doors to Life’s Great Feast.
