If I could earn a living doing what I love most, I would spend my life listening to people. Listening to their hopes, dreams, fears, insecurities, successes, failures, goals. I would spend my time listening to them express their emotions and validating their experiences. I would open my ears and my heart to them in an attempt to feel what they feel and help them overcome their obstacles and celebrate their triumphs. There are so many people in this world yet many of us go through our lives without having one person to express all of our thoughts and emotions to without feeling judged or having to live in fear that their secrets will be spread to others. It is not easy to keep all of these thoughts and emotions bottled up inside of you and it can drive you mad. Sometimes things sound crazy in our own heads. Sometimes we think or feel something and do not completely understand them or fear that they are abnormal thoughts and feeling. I want to be the person who listens. I would be there to help people navigate the complex world of being a human with feelings who lives in a world of judgment and uncertainty. This would help create a world of trust and compassion in ourselves and in others. If I could earn a living doing what I love most, I would spend my life listening to people and validating their thoughts, emotions, and overall experience as a human being
