If I could earn a living doing what I love, I would be a chef. I am currently continuing my education at The Culinary Institute of America. When I graduate in October of 2016, I plan on going back to the town of Desert Hot Springs, California and opening up my own restaurant. I want to focus on Farm-to-Table and healthy eating. I want to teach classes to parents, helping them learn to cook healthy and on a budget. In my hometown healthy eating is a very uneducated topic. Children think that healthy eating is not a big deal, but in reality it is extremely important.
