If I could be anything in the world I would be a photographer. There is just something about being able to capture and freeze a moment in time that seems magical to me. Ever since I was a little girl I knew that I wanted to be an artist, I just did not know exactly what kind of artist. When I photography everything started to make since. When I graduate from college I am hoping to become an assistant for a photographer and learn from how they run their business. I want to learn what works and what does not in the business, how best to set a schedule, how long each shoot should be for to get a good amount of amazing photos, how many shoots to do in a day. I want to try and learn as much as I can before I go off to start my own business. With mine, I want to travel the world and take candid shots of everyday people leaving their everyday lives, I want to show other cultures how we live and show others how we live. I want to make people feel with my art. It may not be the “easy way” to live but it is what I want to do with my life, I have thought long and hard about how to do it and going to school, working for someone for a while and then opening my own business was the clear choice for me.
