If I could earn a living do what I love most it would be expressing myself freely, but not going above and beyond to look like a total outcast of society. To me self expression is so important, I believe people, women especially, have so many pressures put on them to look, act, be something that they do not want to be. Women shouldn’t have to feel like they are the number on the scale, BMI, number of scars, number of pills, number of people they know or friends they have on Facebook, and number of products they put on their face. Women are told that they should be smart, but not too smart, because “males don`t like women who act like they know it all.” Well women are mostly equal to men, yes mostly, there are some things women can not physically do. I want to encourage women to be healthy, get fit, eat right, but love themselves and express themselves openly without “society” saying they should be thinner, eat less, and still maintain a household. Women should be empowered by who they are on the inside, independent, strong, determined, goal oriented, like I strive to be everyday. I express who I am and let people know that I am young but I will make a difference one woman at a time and show people their true potential.
