“Hey girl, welcome to Sephora!” said the salesperson.
I walked into Sephora with awe, taking one glance at the store. Eyeliner. Mascara. My eyes scanned the shelves once again. Eyeshadow. Lipstick. These products held no meaning to me; the words were foreign. Why are there so many types of makeup? The aisles stretched with products of different brand names I could not pronounce; I felt lost in this newly discovered place. A salesperson offered to apply makeup on my face. Makeup is something that can truly transform anybody; it gave me a new confidence.
I also want to become a makeup artist and change the world, giving people the new type of confidence that the Sephora person gave me. I love makeup so much. All I need to are some colors and a few brushes and bombard somebody’s face to where they feel ecstatic and beautiful. I want to give them that feeling of confidence they never felt before. Makeup can stimulates somebody’s heart so much, and seeing their reaction to their own skin, their own beauty after makeup just makes me so happy. This can change the world because confidence can take somebody really far. A tad of confidence can change everything. A lipstick, or an eyeliner, can put so much confidence in a girl. It makes me happy to see women be comfortable in their own skin, and if only takes an eyeliner or a lipstick to do that, then it is not hard.
