Honestly? I would absolutely LOVE to research human biology and technological enhancements for it. Despite all the amazing things the human body is capable of, it still has its limits. However, with the use of technology we could surpass those limits by a mile! Just imagine… neurological implants to rid us of mental diseases, muscle fiber replacements to make us faster and stronger, auditory and visual enhancements/replacements to heighten our senses, cryogenic preservation to allow people to live to see an age beyond their time! Nano machines could regulate blood flow, clear clots, remove waste, release extra insulin if you’re diabetic, increase and lower blood sugar, or prevent the formation of free radicals, thus preventing various forms of cancer! The list goes on and on and is basically limitless. Superhumans would no longer just be the stuff of comic books, and we could explore beyond our realm (land) without fear of our fragile bodies being crushed by water pressure, or lack of oxygen in space, or burning up in intense heat! Now, obviously this is all more complicated than just waking up and doing it, and the odds of all this being accomplished in a single lifetime are slim. But people also once believed that the galaxy revolved around us and that our planet was flat! Things we thought we knew are being proven wrong every day. Why should this be any different?
