I’d like to earn a living being a Missionary Registered Nurse. I am a Christian and I love to help people. Knowing that God’s purpose in life for me is to make disciples of Jesus Christ, it encourages me to want to witness to people who are in need. Healthcare conditions around certain parts of the world aren’t sanitary because the facilities, supply of tools, and needs to take care of a person are not always available. In some parts of the world, there is hardly any fresh water, food, or a place to live in. I want to be able to help supply those needs and help those people who are sick and have no where to turn to. I want to be able to provide hope for the lost and maybe help them realize that there is life after death.
The specific goals I would set would be to go to a four-year university and get my bachelors degree in Nursing. I would also, if they provide it, minor in a biblical subject so I can be more knowledgeable of the Word of God. After I finish my schooling I plan to go to different churches and try to raise money for the trips to the different countries around the world so I can be able to minister and help those in need. I would also try to recruit fellow Christians to experience what life is like when you don’t have all the material things provided for you.
