If I could earn a living doing what I love would be working with abused children. I am eleven classes away from achieving my Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. My plans will be to continue with my Master’s Degree but focusing on juvenile crime. I would love to be able to make a difference for these kids that chose crime as a way to release the pain from all the abuse they received throughout their lives. I love children, young adults but I also love the criminal justice field. So if there is a way to combine these two areas together and make a difference, I will do it with a big smile on my face. It would be rewarding for me to know that I will be helping a young adult by helping him or her with emotional help, helping them deal with the hurt of the physical and mental abuse they received. I would love to work with all the other professionals in the area to make sure that the child, young adult would receive the proper treatment, would be taught a line of work, that he or she would be directed in the right path and be given a better chance in life. I believe the world counts in our children for a better future. Even if they were damaged for a sad past that they should be given the chance to succeed in life and hopefully pay it forward. I would love to make a difference that way.
