Many people go through life working in a profession that pays the bills but they don’t feel fulfilled. Growing up I always enjoyed helping others and my dream profession is to be a philanthropist. I would invest my money and effort in helping people who have fallen on hard times. I would help them by giving my personal story for inspiration and hope that they can be victorious over their circumstances. I would create a foundation geared towards people who have fallen on hard times through job-loss or may have made poor decisions which caused them to be in strife and provide an opportunity for better. Society needs to be more forgiving and understanding that we are all human and no one is perfect therefore, we should always allow opportunity for people who may have made poor decisions a chance to turn their life around. My dream career would make the world a more compassionate place that also contributes economically because of the success achieved by participants which in turn helps the American economy. To make this dream a reality I would need to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and then become a successful entrepreneur in the food industry. After being successful in my own business I would then establish a fund dedicated to enrichment programs for my foundation I created. I then would create a documentary of people and their transition to success after participating in my foundation. The documentary would be a tool to inspire others.
