The idea that you could make someone smile just by giving them a cookie is very unique but simply and true. We all have bad days some of us more often than others but sometimes a perfect stranger can change that just by letting you know that you matter. I have always loved cooking mostly deserts and most people love freshly baked cookies with a tall glass of milk. People today are always on the run and never have a chance to stop and look at everything around them. So if I could follow this as a career it would just be one the side so that I wouldn’t “taste” test everything. But if I had this little side job it would be a small bakery with a coffee house feel. I would of course have people working there fulltime. But this little coffee house bakery would be a chance to give even the busiest person a five minute braek from the world around them. They would be able to kick back and relax when they are there. At the coffee house bakery things would be personal so people know that they matter. So even if you don’t like deserts you would still be welcomed to relax and have coffee, tea, water, or any other kind of beverage as well as a sandwich, fruit, muffins, or anything that they desire to have. This would be my way of changing the world by giving someone food to make them smile.
