I enjoy empowering and encouraging others, more specifically young girls ages 12-18. If I could, I would love to travel the world and meet with young girls to implement programs to help them reach their highest potential. Many young girls lack the proper resources and mentors to encourage and pursue greater life goals. I enjoy the power of education, not just academically but education to strive day to day. Women all over the world face countless issues socially, economically, and politically. Making resources available to them will allow them to see the world in another light and desire to achieve greatness at their fullest potential. In order to make this a global program, I would first start here in the United States. For starters I would hold monthly meetings with young girls of interest; more like a girls evening of interacting and socializing. I believe that when you are able to freely express yourself, you are more likely to achieve goals and become an innovator to help change the world. As the monthly meetings grow in number, I will expand to other local locations. After getting more supporters and even more young girls involved, I would hold a semiannual two day convention to bring in girls from all over the states. I want to be able to show young girls how we all can relate, regardless of race, religion, family background, etc.
