If I could earn a living doing what I love, my dream job would be to become a nurse in a new born intensive care unit of a children’s hospital. I would also like to involve myself in mission work around the world providing health care to the less fortunate. To achieve my dreams I am currently in college pursuing a nursing degree. My education provides experience in all aspects of the nursing field and helps me develop the skills necessary to help save lives and prevent sickness.
My education is a pivotal part of my life and the success of my future. With the help of my family making multiple sacrifices to ensure that my dreams come true we have been able to overcome many obstacles and grow closer through the process. Working through the hardships together has given me the appreciation, motivation, and admiration needed for work in the health care systems around the world.
I am currently a junior at Anna Maria College and in just two short years I will be opened to a whole new world of opportunities. Children have a whole life ahead of them before they even know it; unfortunately that life can be cut short with inadequate health care being provided. My dream is to ensure that these children will have happy and healthy futures, and with a successful education I can make it possible that their dreams also come true. Nothing can replace the feeling of saving a life.
