In today’s world, the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer. Why is that so? Well, unless you’re a Finance Major, like me, then you don’t learn a lot about your finances in school. The term “economic slavery” means just what it sounds like. Everyone in the middle class works hard every day just to pay bills. People don’t choose majors in college that they love because the money isn’t in the field. In Rich Dad Poor Dad, by Robert Kiyosaki he talks about how the school system is antiquated and they don’t teach how to make it in today’s world. Finances are my passion, and I want more than anything to be successful with them. The only thing that would make me happier than being rich would be to show others how to be rich. I would love to mentor High School, and College students in the art of handling your finances. Showing them how to avoid debt and create a large asset column on their own personal balance sheet. By teaching High school and college students how to appropriately invest their money, they would be able to pick any career they want in the field they love, without worrying about money. My dream is to help other live out their dreams. The world would be a much better place if everyone could do what they loved, not just me.
