I have many hobbies, but if were to say anything that would truly make a difference would be cooking. Most people that I know believe that it is quite funny that I enjoy spending my time in the kitchen creating healthy meals. What I would do to incorporate cooking and working out in a gym would be to open healthy restaurants in the gym. The restaurant would provide healthy alternatives to our everyday cravings. For example I would be Garlic Basil Shrimp with Zucchini Pasta.
These are two of my most favorite things to do, and by incorporating them into one, then it would be a definite change in the world of fitness and health foods. Also, if it works out then it would become scene as something that many gyms could model this business practice after and make the meal a part of the membership fees.
