What I love to do the most in life is to help people in any way that I can. I have always been a people pleaser, so in my state of always doing what other people wanted me to do or what I thought they would want me to do, I finally broke down and decided on what I want to do and not worry what anyone else would want me to do. I am going to make a living off of social work! It is a personal experience for me having seen it happen to my stepbrother and his family. I have seen how a social worker can change a person’s life and that is what I want to do for the rest of my life, even knowing how heart breaking some of the things you will see can be. I want to be that person who can change lives every day, taking children and teenagers out of bad situations, or talking to parents that are in tough situations and can barely afford food and shelter. I want to give them the help they need to provide for their family so that children can have a happy childhood. I want to help people with addictions get well and live the life that they want to be living. I’m going to do this by going to a four year college to get my Bachelor’s degree and get a job then finish getting my master’s online while doing what I love.
