A motivational speaker by the name of Brian Tracy once said “Goals are the fuel in the furnace of achievement.” I have set forth many goals in my life, which I am determined to reach. My major long-term goal is to graduate from my college, Morgan State University, with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Technology is continuously advancing, with new and useful innovations that help to improve the world. I would love to be a part of these engineering teams that are helping to improve the world with new forms of technology. As an Electrical Engineer, I look forward to designing and developing these new inventions. I am an incoming junior in college, and I am paving the way to a successful future. I have maintained a GPA of 3.5 for my first semester in college, and a 3.8 GPA on my second semester, making the Dean’s List. Currently, I hold a GPA of 3.5 now. As a result of my exceptional GPA, I received an invitation to join the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and other honors. On my campus, I am also a member of organizations including the National Society of Black Engineers. I plan to work just as hard next semester, so that one day I can reach my goal as an astounding Electrical Engineer-helping to design the future.
