If I could earn an income doing what I love, I would operate a dental clinic. The patients will mostly be people whom have been denied dental care due to lack of income. I would work with a dental team to care for the whole spectrum of dental issues for people of all income levels. The organization will be mainly donation based and will serve a single community as the donations allow, and grow from there if possible. This dental practice will be located in a building, not a mobile office. This will allow people to continually know where to access care. The clinic will be run just as a private practice would with scheduled appointments. We will accept patients with or without insurance. If a person cannot afford to pay any amount, the practice will not require a payment. There will not be an income verification rule. Our team will be required to sign contracts stating the length of time they will volunteer, six months to a year, to ensure there will be a team to provide care. The practice will ask members to volunteer at least one day a week to allow time for an income based job, because there will be no compensation for team members. All income to the practice will go to building expenses and care equipment. We will advertise through social media and low income support offices. Any extra income will go to the start up of another office in separate community.
