My ideal job would be to show people how to create a healthier self. The process to become healthier is quite simple. With two easy changes, people will be healthier and happier. Those steps are as simple as exercising and changing their diet.
By adding a fitness routine into your life, you can lower stress and improve health. I would like to be able to show people simple and quick exercises they could do anywhere, from their home to the gym. These workouts would give them a surge of endorphins that will boost their mood. Completing a tough workout, improves self esteem along with body improvements. Fat shrinks, muscles grow and blood circulates better.
I would also like to show people how to eat simple healthy foods. Eating “healthy” could be challenging for many, if they were never exposed to it. Eating better should not intimate those who are not use to it. I would show people how simple fresh ingredients seasoned with the right spices will create a delicious meal. I want people to experience how good feel will make them feel good. I want people to experience the extra energy they feel from eating actual nutrients, not processed junk. Furthermore, eating more fruits, vegetables, and leaner meat will help the body recover faster from working out.
Overall with the combination of fitness and fresh food, people would be happier and healthier. I want to be able to show people that lifestyle.
