If I could do anything in the world I would coach basketball at the collegiate level. My dream is to mold and mentor players into being better people. I would change the world one step at a time. People who are taught to give back to the world will pass it on later in life. Each of my players would be bred to possess qualities of sportsmanship, competitiveness, humility, intelligence, and leadership. Not only would we win, each person would become successful in their personal careers after college. I will obtain the highest license possible for a coach in the U.S. I will work my way up starting with youth teams to high school to college. I will be a student of the game myself and analyze every chance I get. Basketball strategy will become second nature. Recruiting and technical coaching will be my strong suit. I will build my network of other coaches and learn from the best (Coack K, Bob Knight, Pat Summitt, Billy Donovan). Along the way I will collect a group of coaches that can be my staff. They have to be different and balance out my weak points. My whole life I will remain fit so that my players see I am disciplined. I will lead by example. My team will take community service trips and teach basketball to kids less fortunate. The team will be ambassadors of the game. Mentoring the players will change them and in turn change the world.
