If I could earn a living by becoming the first female head coach in the National Football League I would not hesitate for one moment. Football is a sport dominated by big muscly men and women do not have a place on the football field but times are changing there are already a plethora of female analysts working at legitimate sports organizations, and starting this year the NFL will have hired and trained its first group of female referees but my vision is to take female involvement in the NFL one step further. This career would definitely be a milestone for women that would help them further gain respect; it would be difficult at first but if I was successful it would help everybody to see that gender does not matter especially in the workplace. It would teach people that skill, merit, and hard work are the most fundamental aspects in picking someone for any job. Specific goal that are easy to accomplish that I would set are: to be educated in all matters concerning football, to watch game tape, to watch practices, to surround myself with people who love football, to use social media, like twitter, to network. The first monumental step is to get into that whole world and that would probably be by becoming an analyst but I would take that job to a new level by being an analyst that did not list the obvious restated facts but I would offer fresh perspectives with more insight.
