If I could make a living off of one thing for the rest of my life, I would choose to teach the world about the benefits and importance of one’s diet. I love learning about how different nutrients in food affect the human body and it has been something I have been passionate about for most of my life. Through my own experiences, I have learned the power of food. Not only is it needed for survival, but by eating the right foods, you can improve the quality of your life. Benefits of eating healthy that I have seen in myself are getting sick less frequently, getting better sleep, and having a surplus of energy. Not only does it give you these benefits, but it can also reduce health problems that you may already have, such as heart conditions and diabetes. The list of positive rewards from a healthy diet goes on and on. Something that I find interesting is that by eating nutrient and vitamin rich foods, you won’t need to pay for medicine if you get sick. Unfortunately, not a lot of people take advantage of all the wonderful vitamins that food can give us. I want to be able to teach people how they can improve their life by simply eating a healthy, balanced diet.
