If I could earn a living doing what I love most, I would bake breads and pastries to make people happy for the rest of my life! My passion for all things culinary has been ignited since childhood and has grown exponentially over the course of my life. I have an undying love and passion for food that has only grown and flourished over the years. After attending the Culinary Institute LeNôtre during the 2014-2015 school years, I hope to glean the knowledge necessary to start my own cupcake shop or bakery someday! My love for experimenting and challenging myself in the kitchen and putting a smile on someone’s face with one of my culinary creations brings me joy indescribable! The world is so full of so many things to become irritated and angry at, but as Maya Angelou once said, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” If by showing love in a world where true love and compassion is hard to come by, by simply getting into the kitchen and baking them a lovely pastry or cupcake, along with a smile, and providing them a comfortable and cozy shelter to get away from the cares of the world, my heart will be happy and hopefully, in even a small way, I can make the world a little sweeter.
