If I could earn a living doing what I love most it would be helping kids lose weight and become more aware of the importance of nutrition and exercise. This would change the world because it would help cut down on the number of children with childhood obesity. It will also help children with their body image and how they see themselves. I want children to grow up not worrying about how they look or how healthy they are. Children should be able to enjoy their youth not worrying, but enjoying their lives. To make my dream a reality I am already in my sophomore year at Durham Technical Community College. I will receive my Associate in Arts with a pre major in Nutrition in spring 2015. I will then transfer to the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and receive a bachelor’s degree with a major in Nutrition in spring 2017. I will then become a nutritionist and work with children to make sure that children will not have to worry about their weight throughout their life. I do not want any child to have to deal with the kind of pressure and worry I had to deal with throughout my whole youth. One less child in the world that has to deal with that pressure will make me feel like I made a huge impact on their lives.
