Ever since I was little I have always cared about the homeless. Always wanted to do something for them that actually meant something. Gave them something to get their lives back on track. Sometimes all they need is a helping hand. One thing that I have always wanted to do was buy a huge chunk of land in the city or surrounding areas and build mini houses on it for them to live. There will be plenty of jobs on the land so that they can earn a little bit of money to support themselves. To list a few of them there would be a huge fruit and vegetable garden for them to grow, take care of, and eventually sell to grocery stores. There would also be construction work for them. That would entitle them building other mini houses for more homeless people to come live and work. The money that they make would help pay for rent of the mini houses and they would have some left over to save or do whatever they would want to do with it. This place wouldn’t be meant as a permanent place for them, but rather a helpful stepping stone. I would be making money from selling the fruits and vegetables and from the small amount of rent that it would be the perfect dream “job” for me. I feel like it would set ways for people to start helping other people when in need.
