My dream is to become a cardiac surgeon and to save the lives of others. As a little girl, I lost my Pawpaw David to a heart attack, and I want to be the surgeon who will be able to save some other little girl’s pawpaw. I want to save as many lives as I can, and I believe that is God’s plan for me. To make my dream a reality, I have made straight A’s from kindergarten to my senior year, graduating top of my class. In high school, I took college classes to give myself a head start on my goal. This fall, I will be attending college as an Athletic Training Pre-Med major in order to get into medical school. I will work hard and never give up, even if at times I may be tired or feel stressed. I have a dream to save others and I need to make it reality. I would love to earn a living by saving lives, by doing what I love. Nothing could be more rewarding than knowing I used my hands to help another. Helping others is the driving force behind being a doctor, and I would love to spend every day of my life doing just that. I may not be able to change the whole world by saving just one life, but I can change that one person’s life for the better. That makes my dream worth all the work it will take to accomplish.
