Changing the world, it’s an accomplishment that every kid dreams of doing but somewhere along the way kids turn into adults, and no longer imagine seeing this childhood dream turn into a reality. Ever since i was a child i dreamed about being an architect and designing beautiful buildings that the world can adore. Luckily for me architecture is still a dream that i love and currently pursuing, what i didn’t know is that my purpose for becoming an architect has changed.

In architecture school i have learned that the most most famous and highly regarded architects had one thing in common, and that was that they wanted to change the world. Successful architects are not the ones who make the most beautiful buildings but are the ones that make the most impact on society. Architecture can spark emotion, thinking, creativity, and beauty in a world that has lost much of these things. An architect is responsible for shaping the way society lives, because shelter is one of the greatest needs for humanity. By being able to create and design powerful buildings i would hope to inspire others to achieve their dreams and be more creatively help society and unite all people from all classes and walks of life to get to enjoy life.
