I have had a strong love of music from an early age, especially coming from a background of musicians and singers throughout my family. My first musical instrument of choice was the Flute. My mother also had me take Piano lessons as well. As a singer and composer I have become a lover of different types of music. My favorite is contemporary classical music that will move the soul and spirit.

I am going to college to get my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music. The purpose is to get a deeper understanding of music theory and to strengthen my performance in the instruments that I play. I am finding that there are some missing pieces in my knowledge that I never received in my education. I am doing what I enjoy most which is teaching music to anyone who ever wanted to learn. I am currently a private music instructor who teaches piano, voice and flute to both children and adults.

My goal eventually is to open a Music and Arts School and Fine Arts Theater in my community that would not only incorporate music but all areas of the fine arts including dance, visual arts, theater, and even symphony music. This will eliminate the need for anyone to travel so far for musical theater entertainment, considering that the closest fine arts center is a good hour away. The purpose is to bring all areas of the fine arts together in one glorious place to the community.
