“You must be the change you wish to see in the world”- Mahatma Gandhi. Gandhi, a preeminent leader who believed in peace led a whole nation with sacrifice, determination, and pure heart. Gandhi methods have been used by another leader people idolize; Martin Luther King Jr. Gandhi had a higher standard that made people follow the path of change in our world. I am one of those people who want to make a difference in society. As a kid growing I have witness people in their most horrible state which is poverty, not only in America but all over the world I have seen the way they look as if faith does not exist, that they will never enjoy something in life that has to offer due to them being poor. It breaks my heart seeing this so I decide that if I wish to bring change I must do it myself. I will first start making a group who are willing to help in my project, researching which country needs the most attention which is Ethiopia, and then have a fundraiser to achieve the amount we are looking. If we have achieve the amount of money we then go to the country building a school for the children as well buying food and building a water fountain to drink clean water. This would not be career, but a habit to bring happiness on someone face and showing them that somewhere in this world have true kindness.
