If I could earn a living doing what I love most, it would be to be a baker. The kitchen is my second home, I love experimenting, creating new things, putting strange things together, just anything. They say the way to a man’s heart is through their stomach! I love watching people getting excited over something I created. Either a birthday cake, my chocolate chip cookies, brookies, (brownies and cookies together) just about anything is just as exciting for me to make as it is for the person eating it. To get my name out there as someone that can make anything for any occasion. I will learn vegan, gluten free, and other allergen free versions of my foods so everyone on the planet can enjoy something sweet now and again.
A specific goal I am already achieving is going to college for a degree in Baking & Pastry, I will be traveling to France in January 2015 for my internship to learn from the best in my industry to start my international learning in this field. How can one work in a worldly career without knowing how each part of it is different? I plan to travel around the world to get the experience of a true baker, to be able to manipulate any formula to make it native to a country.
