My goal is to become a Biomedical Engineer working for the Centers for Disease Control. I want to construct innovative prosthetics for amputees, while also taking part in the research against impacting diseases. Building a new “arm” or “leg” for someone will not necessarily change the “world” per se, but would change their world granting them artificial limbs. What could potentially change the world would be research into current diseases. I can help search for new ways to properly vaccinate against these diseases and hopefully may one day discover the cures to them. Education is truly our greatest gift, and it is what drives everything in our world. I hope to achieve my goal by learning everything I can possibly learn from leaders in the Biomedical field, then contribute my own ideas so that I can help change the world.
