In my life, I have noticed far too many families struggling to not only pay bills, but also to find happiness in their homes. It devastates me to see this, as I was once in a similar predicament. My family had lost our house, fallen into debt, and to make our struggles worse, we lost my only sister during it all. My family found peace and encouragement through families that have overcome this sort of thing. I believe that a little help from those who have risen above the challenges is key to shaking the struggles life throws at you. If I could make a living doing something I love, it would be bringing together struggling families and helpful services such as budgeters and families that have overcome these things to talk with one another. Finding alternate ways to deal with finance problems and tension over these issues within the household that have worked for others could be the solution to many people’s troubles. I believe strongly in the idea of strength in numbers and having struggled through hard times myself, I know going through these types of things alone is a struggle within itself. Help, options and encouragement are out there and bringing these things together would be such a blessing to many people.
