Earning a living as a film writer/director would be the greatest way I could ever live my life that would grant me ultimate happiness. This is not a dream I have like many other people; it is a goal that I will one day achieve. I am taking the steps to become a successful filmmaker and it will one day change the world for the better. I’m convinced that my art can be a positive influence to a wide-stretch audience. I aim to introduce positive moral messages in my films by incorporating universal themes that touch my audience. To turn this grand-scale goal into a reality, I must take the appropriate steps. First I have chosen to earn a college education at the University of Central Florida in the exclusive Film B.F.A. program. From here I plan to move to Los Angeles with an internship lined up through the University of California, Los Angeles. After gaining plenty of useful connections through college and interning I can proceed to work my way into a position as a Director. I am aware that the road ahead for my career choice will be difficult and I must have tough skin to come out on the other side. I am willing and very able to do so with the adequate financial support.

Thank you for your consideration,

Blayne Parker
