My biggest passion and love, is riding horses. I have a dream of going to the Olympics to compete for my country in the equestrian sport and coming home to my own training facility where people from all over the country will want their horses at my place for me to train, compete and sell for them. I’ll just need one thing: a boatload of money… The most common thing between all the upper-level riders? They have money, or family with money. Very seldom do you see a “self-made” Olympic rider that came from a low-class lifestyle. While my parents disagree and would rather I go the safe route, get a safe job as an accountant, and live the normal lifestyle. I can’t sleep on that thought, something in my heart is telling me to pursue this goal. I watched a recent video of a motivational speaker, he is a popular comedian who did not come from a family of means, and I quote, “if you can fail at a safe job that you hate, then you might as well go for the dream job that you’ll love” So why not go for my dream? The worst thing that can happen is I fail, and if I do, at least I can rest at night knowing I tried.
