Ever since I was a little girl I had this fast growing fascination for music. As a child of parents slightly older than my peers parents I had such an old soul when it came to music. I listened to artist such as Whitney Houston & Diana Ross just to name a few. I also loved every variety of music. My favorite being gospel, jazz, and r&b. I knew at a very young age music was something I needed in my life and something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Growing up I stayed in choir. By the 3rd grade I began writing poetry. As a young girl who was very mature for her age a lot of the music I listened to impacted me. Some genres of music I wasn’t a huge fan of because of the vulgar messages the certain songs sent out. As I’ve gotten older I’ve seen what type of mindset it has put into my generation. I just want to be different. If I could earn a living being an entertainer I would proudly produce good quality positive music that will mean something but also change the minds of my generation. I want to see change and I want to be a positive influence on many of those who feel they can’t follow their dreams. I would also start many organizations so that I can help those who can’t quite help themselves. I want to be someone everyone can look up to while doing what I love!
