If I could earn a living doing what I love most then I would love to make people laugh. Some might call that a comedian but I would call it a doctor of sorts. They say laughter is the best medicine and I would agree that laughter has the potential to curb the effects of certain ailments by relieving the stress associated with those ailments. When we are less stressed, our blood pressure lowers, our heart rate slows, and other harmful bodily responses to stress are averted. I like to make people laugh at their current situations and help them to realize that their future will be brighter with humor. The impact laughter has on this stressed out world can prolong people’s lives. Therefore creating a less sorrowful and stressful world because less people will be dying of heart attacks at such early ages and leaving behind young families to fend for themselves and being raised by single parents. A way in which I could start to make this dream a reality is to do stand up comedy at my college.
